Nikon Thursday Award

Thursday Award is presented at Fotopub Festival for the best documentary photo story shown during the festival. Photographers can enter their stories through an open call by filling out the form below. Please follow the guidelines stated in the form.

Thursday Award is open to all photographers without restrictions.

All applications will go through a selection jury (Fotopub Festival). The final selection will be presented on 24th July 2008, when the prize will be awarded to the best story according to the grand jury (Chris de Bode, Robert Knoth, Jon Levy, Meta Krese, Iztok Hotko). The winner will receive a 1500€ equipment certificate by NIKON .

So enter your work for our “Thursday Award” viewing. Submit a 3 to 7 minutes long picture story. That means about 50 to 100 photos which will be shown on a BIG screen and…pick a nice piece of music to go with it! To apply download and fill out the registration form.

Deadline for entries is 17th July 2008. Screenings are open the the public.
