This day of change - projection
About this project
On January 20, 2009, Barack Obama became the President of the United States of America. Nobody knew if he would be the answer to all our questions, but it was no doubt a day of history, a day of change.
COURRiER Japon has decided to launch its biggest project ever, we have assigned 132 photographers in 79 countries to document this day. Asking them to show what hope means to them.
Over 1,000 pictures have been submitted for the project. A photography book has made its debut in April in Japan along with promotional exhibitions. As a preview of all of the selected works will eventually be shown on its website.
THIS DAY OF CHANGE: hope, that the world now sees.
Here is the start of a project from COURRiER Japon to the world.
